Success Rates
There are so many factors responsible for clinic’s success rates. A clinic that provides personalization of their treatment protocols combined with expert embryology services and advanced technology can realize higher success rates. ICRC uses our professional experience and state of the art laboratory facility to maximize our pregnancy rates.
Success is not only pregnancy rate. Though we have an excellent pregnancy rate, we pride ourselves on the satisfaction of patients that don’t achieve pregnancy. If these people feel they have received excellent service, compassionate care, and individualized attention, we know we are making a difference in their individual struggle with infertility. We try hard to get everyone pregnant. But in reality it is not possible in all cases. Like in patient of ovarian and testicular failure or severely damaged uterus it is not possible to have babies. We counsel them with sincere sympathy and share their sorrows.
The success of IVF/ICSI depends on several factors but the most important are the woman’s age and the quality of sperm. The result tends to be better in younger women. It is more than 50% for women aged below 30, but only 10% at the age of 40 and 6% after 40 years. The effect of age appears to be due to a combination of factors like

  • A reduced response to the drugs that stimulates the ovaries.
  • A smaller of implantation of embryos.
  • A higher rate of miscarriag

Many factors influence the success of a clinic. Factors such as patient selection, miscarriages, and difficulty of cases may influence treatment outcomes. Overall average success of IVF/ICSI in our clinic is 40% to 45% (pregnancy rate) and 35% (take home baby rate). But for young women success rate is more than 50%. A huge number of patients got pregnant by different other measures of treatment. So we do IVF/ICSI after a tight scrutiny
