Leadership

Chairman's Message

"For over two decades, our north star has remained unchanged: to give every family the best possible chance at parenthood — with honesty, compassion, and world-class science."

When I founded ICRC in 2002, Bangladesh had few options for couples struggling with infertility. Reproductive medicine was largely inaccessible — I believed that had to change.

Two decades later, ICRC has grown from a small clinic into a centre of excellence — treating thousands of families, training hundreds of professionals, and publishing research that informs regional clinical standards.

If you or someone you love is navigating infertility, please know that you are not alone. ICRC is here — with open arms, open minds, and the best science available — to walk alongside you.
